Manage a subscription

Once Apple subscriptions are available, manage renewal and cancellation in your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Receipt won’t scan?

Use a clear, well-lit photo with the whole receipt visible. Check your connection and scan allowance. Subscribers can enter the details manually.

Restore access

Use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen with the Apple Account used to subscribe. This restores eligible paid access, not locally stored receipt photos.

Missing reminders?

Check notification permission in iPhone Settings and the reminder setting on the purchase. Confirm your subscription is active.
